You pick your subject matter and medium and I’ll help you on each step.
Choose from:
1) Draw, then Paint on paper or canvas. Subject matter is up to you. Bring in an image or we can go online for references.
2) Make a small clay sculpture out of air dry clay. They will take it home to paint it…or come back again to finish it.
3) Make a small mosaic mirror, approx. 10″, add $10 at checkout for supplies.
4) Learn to sew, start with a simple pillow or stuffed avocado! add $10 at checkout for supplies.
5) Make a necklace; add $10 at checkout for supplies.
All supplies included, except $10 fee for mosaics, sewing or jewelry making.
Snacks and water provided.

Pick up at 6:00, they can stay later, but there are charges as noted.
$30 is for 2 hours, please pay the extra at checkout, they can stay until 6:00, but an extra $6 per 1/2 hour after that.

Come in any 2 hours between 10:00-2:30
Instruction will be geared towards each individual’s artistic level, from beginner to intermediate. Some supplies are provided at first. Mosaic projects require two classes to complete, and may have a $10 extra fee for supplies.
Recommended for children ages 6 and above.
Masks required.
After school art for youth 6 and up. (5 is fine if they can do focused work, we may have to cut down to 1 hour or 1.5 hour class if they can’t focus and I’d let you know if this is the case)
Student can use their time here to create in many available mediums some wonderful artwork. I will help them draw, paint, clay and plaster sculptures, whatever they choose.
If they become a “regular”, I will send you a list of basic supplies to purchase that you can either leave in their private locker or bring in each week, but this is not needed for the first couple of visits.
If they make a mosaic or make jewelry, please add on $10. If they want to work with “authentic” clay that requires firing, please add the $10 for firing costs and let me know they’d like to do this, but this takes 2 weeks to do. Instead, I do have Air-Dry clay here they can use. If you’d like to purchase a 2.5 lb. container for them to keep, I have some here for $7 .

The kids will Paint a painting of whatever they choose just bring in a printout to work from, a landscape, a character, they choose.
if they want to work using clay please add on a $5 fee for supplies and kiln use. Clay is a two class project, they will have to sign up again to glaze their creation. And then pick it up when finished.
I’ll Have snacks for the kids and have water and cider.

If you’d like them to attend with them for only 1 hour, just sign up for 1 person and come by with them or sign them up for a full class and sit nearby.
