Art Class Schedule

Learn to Draw and Paint

Paint and/or draw in the medium of your choice (i.e. oils, acrylics, charcoal, etc.) No matter what you choose, I’ll assist you along the way. Classes are two-hour sessions. If you would like to stay for longer, please purchase multiple sessions.

No experience needed. Instruction will be geared towards each individual’s artistic level, from beginner to more advanced. Some supplies are provided. Depending on class size and medium, you may be asked to purchase some supplies for you or your child from a list I provide, or at signup.

Minimum age is 7 years old, but younger kids can attend the Paint Alongs. Youth can sign up can come in together during the “Open Art” classes or the Saturday classes. You can drop off your child or stay here while they work. If you attend with your child, they can sign up as young as age 6. If you’d like to book a private kids or adults paint party, contact me to schedule.

Specialty Projects

Specialty projects can be done during any open art class. We also hold events highlighting specific mediums where students can work more in-depth.

Some projects may require multiple sessions. Because these are specialty projects, an extra fee may be added.

Create your own Mosaic: Use/recycle a broken plates, mirrors, etc to create your own mosaic. Mosaics can be made into mirrors, used as wall decorations, or even extra flair on your fairy house/birdhouse. We usually don’t use grout. $10 fee added for supplies.

Create Clay Sculptures: Work with air-dry clay and make your next creation. We’ve made small animals or characters that does not need to be fired in a kiln.

Want to work in “real” clay? Use our pottery wheel or sculpt by hand! Please note: regular clay will need to be fired and takes multiple sessions to complete. Spots for pottery wheel are limited. $10 fee added for supplies.

Create a necklace, earrings or bracelet: Make your own jewelry! We have all of the tools to make your next accessory or gift – a one of a kind creation. $10 fee added for supplies.

Create a Fairy House: Work with wood, moss, and everything else to make the perfect fairy home. A perfect garden decoration, or prospective real estate for your local fairy. $10 fee added for supplies.

Learn to Sew: Make a pillow, PJ’s, stuffed animals, or whatever else you choose. We provide the machine, a simple pattern and some fabric. If you’d like to bring your own supplies or continue a project you’ve been working on at home, we provide the perfect space to focus on your project. Please note: project may take multiple sessions depending on the project. Small projects/bringing your own materials require no extra fee. Larger projects/sewing clothes require a $10 fee for supplies

Recommended age for youth classes (Monday-Friday and Saturdays) is 7 and up. Classroom  behavior is expected.

Paint Parties

We also offer painting parties for children and adults! From birthday parties to Paint-n-Sips, we’ll give you and your friends the perfect outlook to express their creativity. Follow the link below for more information on how to book your event!

*Minimum age is 7-8 years old. Age 5 and younger is fine if adult attends with them for Paint Along events or for private parties.

After School Program

Summer Sessions

Summer Session can vary, check the calendar page, Sign up for the week or by the 1/2 day or by the event. See the calendar to sign up. Each day will have an assigned project. Drawing and Painting, learn to Sew, create a Mosaic, make a Fairy House, Epoxy Art or make a small Clay Figurine. I will assist them to create a nice art project they can take home and enjoy.

Art Classes as a Gift

Your can always purchase art classes in advance if you’d like to give as a gift, please see the calendar page. These can be used at any time for youth-adult. After purchasing, just let me know beforehand, when you’d like to come in.
