1) Draw, then Paint on paper or canvas. Subject matter is up to you. Bring in an image or we can go online for references.
2) Make a small clay sculpture out of air dry clay. They will take it home to paint it…or come back again to finish it.
3) Make a small mosaic mirror, approx. 10″, add $10 at checkout for supplies.
All supplies included, except $10 fee for mosaics.

Paint an image on a t-shirt. It can be a large logo or their favorite “simple” animation image or even a simple landscape. I have some image here too.
They should know what they want to make ahead, and preferably print out an image of it the size they want to paint and bring that in. Look up “google images” online. When finished, they can take it home and wear it after washing.
Please bring in a blank t-shirt (any color) to paint and a print out of character they want to paint.

NEW! If you’d like them to stay until 5:00, sign them up for both time slots, have them bring a bagged lunch or snacks and we’ll eat outside. Type a message at checkout so I know.
They can paint this bird house and decorate it any way they want. I have beads and colored glass here. All supplies included.

Learn to sew! Choose to make either an avocado, a pineapple, a pea OR a cat, dog, rabbit or bear shown on July 21. Class is for boys or girls. This will take 2, possible 3 signups. You can signup for any other sewing class on the calendar to finish your project.
I’ll teach them how to lay out and cut out the pattern, sew and stuff their creation. Sewing machines provided here.
Juice or Water is provided, but please have them eat before because masks are required. I will have water and apple juice.
Price doesn’t include supplies, please add supply fee for the first sewing session.

After school art for youth 6 and up. (5 is fine if they can do focused work, we may have to cut down to 1 hour or 1.5 hour class if they can’t focus and I’d let you know if this is the case)
Drop off any time between 3:30-6:00. You keep track of time. **Please tell me your choice of time in ”messages” at check out or you can email me.
Students can use their time here to create in many available mediums and make some wonderful artwork. I will help them draw, paint, clay and plaster sculptures, whatever they choose. If they become a “regular”, I will send you a list of basic supplies to purchase that you can either leave in their private locker or bring in each week, but this is not needed for the first couple of visits.
If they make a mosaic or make jewelry, please add on $10. If they want to work with “authentic” clay that requires firing, please add the $10 for firing costs and let me know they’d like to do this, but this takes 2 weeks to do. Instead, I do have Air-Dry clay here they can use. If you’d like to purchase a 2.5 lb. container for them to keep, I have some here for $8

You can purchase art classes here in advance and print out the pdf to give as a gift! These never expire and can be used for kids over 6 years old to adult.
