To Sign Up for a Public Party or Art Class:

• Art Parties are $35 per seat, all supplies included at parties. Paint on canvas or thick paper. Acrylic paint is used. Minimum age to all Public parties is 4 yrs. old. 3 hours/party, 2 for the art portion, 1 for you personal party; food, presents, so on.
• I occasionally have Art Nights ALL ages. See Calendar page.
• Art Classes are $35/1.50 hours. I’ll supply everything for the first couple art classes, but you will be given a list of art supplies to purchase to bring to class. Minimum age 5 yrs. old for art classes. This is a classroom setting and children need to behave as if in school. (If they have behavioral issues, then attendance is on a TBD basis.) Drop off/Pick up after 1.50 hours for Art Classes. If you’d like to attend with them, just sign up for two. If you’d only like attend with your young child for an hour, sign up for 1 and stay for an hour.
• Art Classes are generally on Monday-Friday and Saturdays.

How many people is the minimum to book a party?

We don’t serve it, but you can bring your own, glasses  & bottle and wine opener provided. B.Y.O.B

Poland Spring water is available at no charge. But you are free to bring your own food and beverages. Utensils provided.

Yes, they need to be 4 years and up. 4 & 5 years old need to have an adult present.

Go online to Google Images, send me a sample of what you’d like to do. If the image won’t work for copyright reasons or is too difficult, I will send you some options that are similar.

Don’t Worry! I will be there instructing you every step of the way. For large parties, an assistant will be on hand to help as well. Regardless of your skill level when you walked through our door, at the end of the session you’re going to be amazed at the painting you’ve created.

No, You need to reserve your spot on the Calendar page beforehand. If there are fewer than 1 person signed up, I will contact you to see if you want to cancel. Check session times when registering for a class as they do change. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time to meet up with friends, find your seat, and get settled before instruction begins. Parties last approximately 2.5-3 hours. Regular Art Classes are 2 hours, but Sept. 2022, this will be changing to 1.5 hours a class.

We use acrylic paint which won’t come out if it dries. We do provide aprons, but accidents happen. We highly recommend wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on just in case!

Do you offer donations if we do a fundraiser?

Feel free to relax quietly nearby while we are working on our masterpieces, or sit next to them to assist.

Plenty of free parking is available at the art studio. building in the back parking lot, Please try to park facing the woods, not the building for maximum number of spaces.

Gift certificates may be purchased at the studio any time we are open. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and subject to our cancellation policy when used. I can make it for as many classes as you’d like and send you a .pdf you can print off if you need a gift. These can also be applied towards a party or anything else I offer, you can also give it to someone else to use.

Express It does not share your personal information with third parties beyond what is required to process payment transactions. Your information will not be sold, traded or given to anyone else. If you do not want their photo posted on social medial, please check that request off on the signup page.

Yes. Credit card information is processed through a secure server, and the information is transmitted using SSL for added security.

Seats are only guaranteed after payment had been made. If you choose not to pay online, you may visit our studio to pay in person. Or signup, but choose “check payments” and pay here. We accept, cash, check, credit cards, Venmo or Paypal. Private events require a $75 deposit paid in advance.

Express It Art reserves the right to cancel classes if enrollment is too low, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make our best effort to notify registrants of cancellations 6 hours prior to class time, and will offer you a refund or a makeup class. In the case of cancellations on our part due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible, and vouchers will sent for make-up sessions. All payments are due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via our secure website, or in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks to Express It Art and cash. Also Venmo and Paypal. Gift certificates are available by contacting us directly.
