Painting Party Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 48 hours or more before the start of a session, a full refund will be issued.*
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the session, a store credit for your $80 deposit can be used towards a new party date or can be issued to attend 2 future Open Art sessions, to be used within 90 days.*
If you cancel 3 to 24 hours before the start of the party, a 50% off voucher code will be emailed to you which will be valid for 90-days for another party or used for Open Art classes.*
If you cancel less than 3-hours before the start of a session, or fail to show without advance notice, we cannot offer you a refund or credit. We are not able to make exceptions to this rule.
Art Class Cancellation Policy
Please send cancellation notices email to denise@expressitarts.com or text or call 603-438-7885. If you cancel less than 3-hours before the start of a session, you can do a makeup within 14 days. If you fail to show, without advance notice, we cannot offer you a refund or credit.
Weather Cancellation Policy
In the case of snow storms, or other extreme weather conditions, please let us know as early as possible, and we will offer you a makeup session.
If we cancel due to weather or other acts of nature, we will grant you a make up the session.
