SUMMARY:Youth Open Art
DESCRIPTION:Great for Homeschool kids! If you’d like other hours for a class\, a different day or even a private group\, contact me to discuss options! If you need a different day please contact me and I will schedule it. \nFor youth 6 and up. (5 is fine if they can do focused work\, we may have to cut down to 1 hour or 1.5 hour class if they can’t focus and I’d let you know if this is the case OR someone can stay with them to help. \nStudents can use their time here to create in many available mediums and make some wonderful artwork. I will help them draw\, paint\, clay\, make plaster sculptures\, or learn to sew. As a class\, we’ll choose a similar project\, like painting animae or a landscape\, working with clay or a sewing project\, so on. \nIf they become a “regular”\, I will send you a list of basic supplies to purchase that you can either leave in their private locker or bring in each week. The first couple classes of drawing or painting\, supplies are not needed. *If they choose one of the other mediums noted below\, these would require a supply fee to be added at checkout. \nNow they can also learn to sew\, we start out on a simple plush project. Please add on $10 fee at checkout. Sewing usually takes at least 2 classes to finish an easy project\, longer if they are brand new with sewing. (For teens and adults too!) \n*If they make a mosaic\, work with clay\, sew or make jewelry\, please add on $10 fee at checkout. \nI have water\, juice and crackers\, all included. \nRecommending mask wear. I usually wear one.

SUMMARY:Youth Open Art
DESCRIPTION:You pick your subject matter and medium each day and I’ll help you on each step. Pick any 2 hours between 3:00-6:00 \nChoose from:\n1) Draw\, then Paint on paper or canvas. Subject matter is up to you; Pokemon\, Anime\, Landscapes\, Nintendo\, Animals\, so on. Bring in an image or we can go online for references.  \n2) Make a small clay sculpture out of air dry clay. They will take it home to paint it…or come back again to finish it. (*I do have regular clay\, a wheel and a kiln here. Please talk to me if interested in this\, add $10 for supplies for this option-real clay takes 2 sessions to complete) \n3) Make a small mosaic mirror\, star\, moon or birdhouse\, approx. 10″\, add $10 at checkout for supplies. (usually takes 1-2 classes to finish) \n4) Paint a birdhouse\, add $10 at checkout for supplies. \n5) Learn to sew\, bring in your own material or else add $10 at checkout and use mine. Machines are available to use here. I have some beginner patterns to use. (usually takes 1-3 classes to finish a project) \n6) Work with beads and wire and make your own jewelry\, add $10 at checkout for supplies. \nAll supplies included\, except $10 fee for mosaics\, sewing or jewelry. If you become a “regular”\, I will give you a list of supplies to purchase and you would get a locker to store them in.  \nSnacks and water provided. \nAge 6 and up. *5 can attend\, may need a chaperone to sit nearby. If this extra person would like to do an artwork as well\,  \nPlease bring your masks along. \nDon’t forget to like my Facebook!
