DESCRIPTION:Adults are welcome to sign up! You pick your subject matter and medium each day and I’ll help you on each step. Take home your artwork when you are done. \nChoose from:\n1) Draw\, then Paint on paper or canvas using watercolors\, acrylic\, gouache or oils (oils are not for young kids). Subject matter is up to you. Bring in an image or we can go online for references. Supplies included. I have aprons. \n2) Make a small clay sculpture out of air dry clay. They will take it home to paint it…or come back again to finish it. Supplies included. \n3) Make a small mosaic mirror\, approx. 10″\, add $10 at checkout for supplies. \n4) Learn to sew\, youth-adult. Start out on an easy pillow or plush avocado or pea.\, add $10 at checkout for supplies for the project you choose. This requires 2 sessions to complete each project. \n5) Make a beaded necklace\, add $10 at checkout for supplies. \nSnacks and water & crackers provided. \nAge 6-ADULT. \nMasks required. DESCRIPTION:After school art for youth 6 and up. (5 is fine if they can do focused work\, we may have to cut down to 1 hour or 1.5 hour class if they can’t focus and I’d let you know if this is the case) \nDrop off any time between 3:00-6:00. I will help them draw\, paint\, clay and plaster sculptures\, whatever they choose. If they become a “regular”\, I will send you a list of basic supplies to purchase that you can either leave in their private locker or bring in each week\, but this is not needed  for the first couple of visits. \nIf they make a mosaic or make jewelry\, please add on $10. If they want to work with “authentic” clay that requires firing\, please add the $10 for firing costs and let me know they’d like to do this\, but this takes 2 weeks to do. Instead\, I do have Air-Dry clay here they can use. The first couple classes of drawing or painting\, supplies are not needed. *If they choose one of the other mediums noted below\, these would require a supply fee to be added at checkout. \nNow they can also learn to sew\, we start out on a simple plush project. Please add supply fee. Sewing usually takes at least 2 classes to finish an easy project. If they want to work with “authentic” clay that requires firing\, please add the $10 for firing costs and let me know they’d like to do this\, but this takes 2 weeks to do. Instead\, I do have Air-Dry clay here they can use.
