DESCRIPTION:Class is 9:30-11:30. This class is for learning how to paint using different mediums such as acrylics and oils. We’ll be doing landscapes\, flowers and animals. If you have a specific idea you’d like to work on\, please bring in a photo of it and I can help you work on that. We can also use other mediums like clay\, mosaics or sewing. You pick your subject matter and medium each day\, and I’ll help you on each step. \nClass Options:\n1) Draw\, then paint on paper or canvas. Subject matter is up to you; Pokemon\, Anime\, Landscapes\, Nintendo Game Characters\, Animals\, so on. Bring in an image or we can go online for references. \n2) Make a small clay sculpture out of air-dry clay. They will take it home to paint it…or come back again to finish it. I also have regular clay\, a wheel and a kiln here – Add $10 for supplies for the regular clay option. Regular clay takes 2 sessions to complete. \n3) Make a small mosaic mirror\, star\, moon or birdhouse\, approx. 10″- Add $10 at checkout for supplies. Takes 1-2 sessions to complete. \n5) Paint a birdhouse – Add $10 at checkout for supplies. \n6) Learn to sew – Bring in your own material OR use mine for an extra fee. Machines are available to use here. I have some beginner patterns to use – Add $10 at checkout for supplies. Takes 1-2 sessions to make a small plush mouse and 1-3 sessions to finish a project like pajamas or a skirt or bag. \n7) Work with beads and wire and make your own jewelry – Add $10 at checkout for supplies. \nAll supplies included\, except please add a $10 fee for specialty projects like epoxy art\, mosaics\, clay\, sewing or jewelry. If you become a “regular”\, I will give you a list of supplies to purchase. \nDon’t forget to like my Facebook!
